• Absinthe

  10 ml

• Cognac

  50 ml

• Peychaud's Bitter

  2 dash

• Sugar Cube

  1 pcs

• Crushed ice

How to make

1. Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe, add some ice and set it aside.
2. Pour all ingredients (except absinthe) into mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well.
3. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Optional garnish a glass with: lemon twist.
