New York Sour

• Rye Whiskey or Bourbon

  60 ml

• Red Wine

  15 ml

• Fresh Lemon Juice

  30 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  22.5 ml

• Egg White

  2 dash

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Add all ingredients (except red wine Shiraz or Malbec) into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Float the wine on top.
4. Optional garnish a glass with: lemon twist, cocktail cherry.
