• Tequila

  40 ml

• Fresh Lime Juice

  10 ml

• Sugar

  1 tsp

• Basil Leaves

  2 pcs

• Mint Sprig

• Soda Water

  80 top up

How to make

1. Place sugar, basil leaves, mint sprig in a glass and saturate with: lime juice. Muddle until dissolved.
2. Build tequila in a glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
3. Top up with soda.
4. Stir gently.
5. Optional garnish a glass with: mint sprig, lemon wedge.
