Whiskey Sour

• Bourbon

  45 ml

• Fresh Lemon Juice

  25 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  20 ml

• Egg White

  20 ml

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
3. Optional garnish a glass with: half orange slice, orange twist, cocktail cherry.
