• Fresh Lemon Juice

  30 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  20 ml

• Aromatic Bitter

  2 dash

• Egg White

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Add all ingredients (except aromatic bitter) into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish a drink with aromatic bitter.
