• Pisco

  60 ml

• Pineapple Juice

  22.5 ml

• Fresh Lemon Juice

  15 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  15 ml

• Clove

  3 pcs

• Dry White Wine

  30 top up

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Add all ingredients (except white wine) into a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Top up with white wine.
4. Stir gently.
