How to make

Pour the ingredients into the glass in layers in the following order: creme de menthe (green), irish cream liqueur. Pour very slowly over the back of a cold bar spoon, taking care to avoid disturbing the lower layer as the second liquor is poured on top.
Optional garnish a glass with: whipped cream.
