How to make

1. Place ginger slice in a shaker and muddle.
2. Add all remaining ingredients (except scotch Lagavulin 16 Year Old) into a shaker with ice and shake.
3. Fill a glass with ice.
4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Top up with scotch.
6. Optional garnish a glass with: candied ginger slices.
