Pear Batida

• White Rum

  30 ml

• Dark Rum

  15 ml

• Fresh Lemon Juice

  30 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  15 ml

• Pear

  0.5 pcs

• Champagne

  30 top up

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Place pear in a shaker and saturate with: sugar syrup. Muddle until dissolved.
2. Add all remaining ingredients (except champagne) into a shaker with ice and shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Top up with champagne.
