• Vodka

  60 ml

• Sake

  23 ml

• Honey Syrup

  5 ml

• Absinthe

  0.5 tsp

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe, add some ice and set it aside.
2. Pour all ingredients (except absinthe) into mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well.
3. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
