Jamaican Coffee

• Jamaican Dark Rum

  50 ml

• Hot Coffee

  120 ml

• Fresh Cream

  50 ml

• Sugar

  1 tsp

How to make

1. Pour hot coffee into a pre-heated glass.
2. Build all ingredients (except fresh cream) in a glass.
3. Stir gently.
4. Pour fresh chilled cream carefully over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the coffee.
