• Tequila

  50 ml

• Fresh Lemon Juice

  10 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  10 ml

• Angostura Bitter

  1 dash

• Tonic Water

• Ice cubes

How to make

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add all ingredients (except tonic) into a shaker with ice and shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Top up with tonic.
5. Optional garnish a glass with: lemon twist.
