Champagne Julep

• Whiskey

  30 ml

• Sugar Syrup

  15 ml

• Mint Sprig

  6 pcs

• Champagne

  120 top up

How to make

1. Place mint sprig in a mixing glass and saturate with: sugar syrup. Muddle until dissolved.
2. Pour whiskey into mixing glass and stir.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Top up with champagne.
5. Stir gently.
